The National Wallace Monument, Stirling. Scotland šŸ“ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó “ó æ

The National Wallace monument opened in 1869 as a lasting memorial to Sir William Wallace, high on the Abbey Craig and the site of his victory against the English at The Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297.


It’s 246 narrow spiral steps to the top but the 360 degree view from the crown steeple on top is breathtaking!
