The greatest train ride in the world?

Welcome to the Glenfinnan Viaduct and the Jacobite steam train, though known to others as the 'Hogwarts Express'

Considered by many to be the most incredible train ride in the world you'll depart from Fort William passing the Caledonian Canal and Neptunes staircase then make your way along the shores of Loch Eil before arriving at the iconic Glenfinnan viaduct.

The views up Loch Shiel are spectacular and it was here in 1745 that Bonnie Prince Charlie landed to begin the Jacobite rising which ended in defeat at Culloden the following year.

Next we pass the tiny island in Loch Eilt where Dumbledore was buried and Lord Voldemort steals the Elder Wand before arriving in the coastal village of Mallaig.
